For the first time in history, MSC Cruises has partnered with leading experts in the health and nutrition field to create a specialized experience dedicated entirely to wellness and fitness. The cruise company believes adding on the pounds while on a cruise vacation can truly be a thing of the past.

MSC Cruises currently offers four pre-packaged inclusive experiences: Bella, Fantastica, Aurea and MSC Yacht Club. Each level gives guests more benefits and privileges. Bella Experience is the introductory level, followed by the Fantastica Experience which offers premium stateroom location and free breakfast in bed. The Aurea Experience offers balcony and suite staterooms with FREE unlimited drinks, a complimentary spa package and extra privileges while the MSC Yacht Club offers the ultimate luxury cruising experience including 24-Hour Butler & Concierge service.

Guests who choose to book under this Wellness Experience will have privileged access to dedicated, modern fitness equipment and amenities, a one-on-one health check-up and pre-cruise assessment with the onboard MSC doctor, a personalized fitness program in various indoor and outdoor locations supported by NASA-trained instructors from Technogym and even a selection of fresh, healthy food and drink options to choose from.
Throughout their cruise, guests booked under the Wellness Experience will be able to monitor and track their progress with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and MSC's very own smartphone app.
To demonstrate their commitment to help support guests' wellness efforts, the cruise company has added in-room fitness equipment in select staterooms, a mini-bar in each room stocked with sports drinks and nutritional snacks and complimentary workout clothes and towels with free laundry service for workout gear.
It doesn't stop there.
Guests booked under the Wellness Experience will have their excursions tailor-made to their personal activity profile. In addition to the wide variety of active and adventurous excursions offered at port, guests can enjoy Zumba® on the beach, high-exertion bike tours, and sightseeing hiking trips to many extraordinary locations.
