MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- The Bernie Sanders campaign has their sights set on Florida ahead of the state's presidential primary.
On Friday, the Vermont Senator is opening up three campaign offices across Florida, including Miami.
Supporters can meet campaign staff and get involved with Sanders' plan as president to provide universal healthcare, raise the minimum wage and make public colleges tuition-free by taxing risky financial transactions on Wall Street.
The early voting period in Miami-Dade is already underway and starts Saturday in Broward and Palm Beach. Florida's primary day is March 15th.
Sanders' Miami office is located at 48 N.W. 25th Street and the event starts at 7 p.m.
