On Saturday, the shop was as busy as you’d expect. Some last-minute shoppers shared their secrets to a happy Valentine’s Day.

“I couldn’t leave without sending flowers. Bringing flowers to my mother, my daughter, to wake them up with this beautiful arrangement,” said Gabriela Perez.

“Usually people are really, really happy to be getting some flowers. Whether it’s a sad occasion that’s gonna cheer them up or whether it’s an anniversary, birthday or Valentine’s Day,” said Donn Flipse, owner of Field of Flowers.
