For the first time on South Florida television a Florida inmate who some say is risking  his life to expose prison horrors, exclusively shares his story with CBS4 Chief Investigative Reporter Michele Gillen.

It's the story of a man who says he's witnessed mentally ill inmates being starved, beaten and tortured.
