CORAL GABLES (CBSMiami) – The University of Miami’s 2016 football schedule was released on Tuesday.

Miami will play its six home games at the newly renovated Sun Life Stadium.

The Canes will face four tough non-conference games in addition to their eight ACC opponents.

The non-conference schedule is highlighted by a trip to South Bend to face Notre Dame on October 29th.

Eight of Miami’s twelve opponents played in a bowl game last season. The twelve teams combined for a record of 83-69.

The home schedule includes a battle with Florida State on October 8th.
