MIAMI (CBSMiami) – As Winter Storm Jonas approaches the East Coast, there have already been some delays and cancellations at South Florida airports.

As of 9:30 p.m. Thursday, there have been 10 delays and three cancellations at Miami International Airport due to severe weather affecting New York (both airports), Boston, Raleigh-Durham, Charlotte, Tallahassee, New Orleans, Nashville, Greensboro and Houston.

There have been nine cancellations at Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport.
