MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- The TSA said more people than ever are trying -- and failing -- to take guns on airplanes.
The administration has announced that security screeners found more than 2,600 guns in carry-on bags last year.
That's 20 percent more than the year before and the most since the feds started keeping records. About 80 percent of those guns found were loaded.
The TSA said Agents found the most guns at the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport.
