Wannstedt on Newton: "He's The League MVP"
FOX Sports NFL analyst Dave Wannstedt joined the Joe Rose Show on 560 WQAM to discuss the NFL Playoff divisional round, previewing the upcoming AFC-NFC conference championship and what to expect from Dolphins upcoming offseason.
'"I would put him [Brady] at the top, if you look at the supporting cast around him it hasn't been the same guys…he has found a way to win at the highest level, I don't see how Brady can't be the top guy."
"There is a reason they [Carolina] were 15-1, but because it was Seattle who was down everyone hung in there to see if they would comeback, great win for them.
"Most of their talent [Carolina] is on the defensive side, so he's [Newton] the league MVP. He has carried that team on his shoulders."
