Man Charged In NW Dade McDonald's Shooting

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - An arrest has been made in a weekend shooting at a northwest Miami-Dade McDonald's.

Saturday afternoon, 23-year old Devin Gibbs reportedly pulled out a gun and shot a man in the arm during an argument inside the restaurant at 80th Street and NW 27th Avenue.

The man was taken to a nearby hospital but refused treatment.

Gibbs is facing several charges including aggravated battery and carrying a concealed weapon.
