MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- A woman is under arrest after a Miami home went up in flames overnight.

Miami -Dade Police arrested Grace Seaberry, 25, who is accused of intentionally setting the fire at a home located at 1711 N.W 68th Terrace.

Neighbors say the place has been used by squatters and consider it much more than an eye sore.

"That place is like the dungeon of doom over there. Like something you see off a scary movie. It's terrible," said one resident. "Pretty much the whole neighborhood wanted that place to shut down. Because people would have their parties, have their little get-togethers, they had their little rituals. If you wanna be honest, God probably answered somebody's prayer. Because that place was supposed to be shut down a long time ago."

Officials said three squatters lived inside the home. No one was injured but they did find a dead cat.

"We understand that there was possibly some kind of argument that took place with some squatters that are inside this single-family home. And as a result, a fire was caused," said Capt. Ignatius Carroll of Miami Fire Rescue.

Video released of the fire shows intense flames shooting from the home. Once firefighters put it out, a hole could be seen on the roof.

The fire department said Seaberry may have tossed a flammable liquid, or even an explosive device, into the home.

"You can see just how extensive the fire damage is as a result of this fire. You can see how the roof is somewhat separated from the walls of the house. And that also led us to believe that some type of small explosion obviously took place," said Capt. Carroll. "Something blew that separated the wall from the rooftop."

Seaberry is now charged with arson, shooting or throwing a deadly missile and making, possessing or throwing a bomb or destructive device.
