DELRAY BEACH (CBSMiami) — A 16-year-old, who was struck and killed by a train, likely did not hear it coming because he was wearing headphones.

READ MORE: Florida House Cruise Ship Bill Narrowed To Key WestDelray Beach Police said the train conductor saw the boy and sounded the horn but could not stop in time. Villalobos likely didn’t hear the horn or the train itself because of his headphones, police concluded.
