DAVIE (CBSMiami) - A Davie man is accused of sexually molesting a 15-year old girl he picked up at a middle school bus stop.

On Tuesday, Rodman Rivera Chirinos, 46, pulled up to a bus stop in his van and offered the girl a ride. When she turned him down, he drove off.

The teen then walked to a second bus stop where once again Rivera Chirinos drove up and offered her a ride to school. The girl told Davie police she finally accepted because he kept asking.

Rivera Chirinos then drove to a nearby church parking lot, at 12950 SR 84, where he said he wanted to "chill" with her.

The girl told police Rivera Chirinos then locked the doors and then reached inside her shirt and began to fondle her breasts. She said she told him to stop and then climbed into the second row of seats to get away from him. Rivera Chirinos followed the girl and then began to kiss her face and neck, according to his arrest report.

The girl then climbed into the third seat row. He reportedly followed her, pulled her pants down and molested her.

Rivera Chirinos then drove the teen to a bus stop near the 500 block of SW 133rd Avenue and dropped her off. She then went to school and told officials what had happened.

The teen said she's known Rivera Chirinos for about five years; they go to the same church and his children go to her school.

Rivera Chirinos is now facing lewd and lascivious charges involving a minor. Bond has been set at $75,000.
