MIAMI (CBSMiami/AP) - Services will be held Friday for two of the nine people who died when a South Florida based charter jet slammed into an unoccupied apartment building in Akron, Ohio.

The service for Thomas Virgin will take place at 1 p.m. at Saint Joan of Arc Church in Boca Raton. At 5 p.m., a service will be held for Diana Suriel at Palms West Funeral Home in Royal Palm Beach.

The crash Tuesday happened about two miles from the small airport where the plane was to land. On the plane were two executives and five employees at Pebb Enterprises, a Boca Raton-based company that specializes in shopping centers, and two pilots. In addition to Virgin and Suriel, the five othes on the plane from Pebb Enterprises have been identified as Diane Smoot, Ori Rom, Nick Weaver, Gary Shapiro, Jared Weiner.

Also killed were pilot Andres Chavez and his co-pilot, whose name has not been released.

The chartered plane left Fort Lauderdale on Monday and stopped in St. Paul, Minnesota; Moline, Illinois; and St. Louis before arriving in Cincinnati, according to the flight-tracking website FlightAware.

The plane departed from Cincinnati on Tuesday morning and stopped in Dayton before crashing on its approach to Akron Fulton International just before 3 p.m.

Pebb Enterprises said their employees were on the second day of a multicity Midwestern trip to look at property for potential shopping centers when the crash happened.

National Transportation Safety Board investigators recovered the plane's voice recorder. The recorder contained 30 minutes of poor-quality audio in which the pilot and co-pilot can be heard discussing weather and landing conditions and then the sound of the impact.

Investigators said there is no indication that the plane wasn't intact as it approached the small Akron airport where it was to land Tuesday on a breezy, misty, overcast afternoon. Investigators have surveillance video from a nearby construction company that shows the plane coming in along treetops, banking to the left, crashing and exploding into flames and a cloud of black smoke.
