Perkins: Dan Campbell Needs to Go 8-4 or Better
How many wins will it take for Dan Campbell to hold down the head coaching gig after the season?
"People thought this team was gonna go 9-7, 10-6 anyway, right?" the Sun Sentinel's Chris Perkins said on Hochman, Crowder, and Krantz. "Anything short of that, to me, I don't think you can keep somebody from this staff, from this regime, the Philbin or the Campbell regime in charge. I think you have to go in a different direction. Look, if they do make the playoffs, then that means Dan Campbell finished 8-4 or 9-3 in these last 12 games. At that point you pretty much have to keep him but anything short of that, even a 7-5, I'm not sure he keeps that job."
Campbell's first test comes Sunday in Tennessee.
