Tannehill was limited in practice Friday, when his back ailment was included on the injury report for the first time. He practiced fully Wednesday and Thursday.
Left tackle Branden Albert is doubtful with a right hamstring injury after missing practice for the third day in a row. Tight end Dion Sims (concussion) also did not practice and is listed as doubtful.
