MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) -- Welcome to Vila Paraiso on North Bay Road on Miami Beach, a gated waterfront estate situated on the sparkling waters of Biscayne Bay.
CBS4's Lisa Petrillo toured the villa with Darin Tansey, Director of Luxury Sales at Douglas Elliman.
" We are nine thousand square feet , six bedrooms, six baths , 13 thousand square feet and 90 feet of water frontage. There are wide bay views to Biscayne Bay and the city of Miami. All yours for $17.5 million," said Tansey.
Guests enter and look up to a 25-foot high ceiling with an elegant Murano glass chandelier that leads into an over-sized living room.
It has handcrafted ceilings and top of the line mill work, not to mention designer furnishings.
"We have a movie theater off to the left dining room on the right and all furniture is Fendi and yes, it's all included," Tansey explained.
Next, the media and bar room are perfect for movie watching and entertaining.
"While here they can be surrounded by the incredible detailed Murano glass chandelier," said Tansey.
A side powder room has onyx floors and an overall glamorous, old Hollywood feel.
The all-glass dining room table seats 10, with another elegant Murano chandelier overhead.
In a hallway, there is a hidden treat.
"This is what I call your key to happiness because we have a wine cellar that holds over 500 bottles," he said showing off the huge wine cellar.
Petrillo asked, "Is it included ?"
"Yes, if you pay the full asking price. It's whatever you want," Tansey said jokingly.
A long sweeping staircase took them up to 5 bedrooms- at the top - the master.
The master comes complete with a fireplace with hand crafted silk and tile indents surrounding it . The California king bed sits under an elegant chandelier with views to the wide bay.
Then there's the VIP guestroom.
"I kind of look at this as Mad Men style. It has a classic, yet modern touch and a beautiful Murano chandelier. This where you put your favorite people," Tansey joked.
Even Don Draper would feel most at home in Vila Paraiso. It's open, classic and filled with style. Click here for more info.
