MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) – Police have identified the man killed in a shooting inside a Miami Beach apartment building on Friday.

Miami Beach Police spokesman Ernesto Rodriguez identified the man who was shot and killed in the third floor skyway as 40-year-old Richard Petik.

The investigation is ongoing.
