PEMBROKE PINES (CBSMiami) – A man is in the hospital Monday after police say his own brother struck him with a car.

Pembroke Pines Police responded to an aggravated battery call at SW 15 St. and SW 68 Blvd. Monday around 9:30 a.m.

Police said one man struck his brother with a car, and then took off in an older model, cream-colored vehicle, possibly a Cadillac.
