MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Police are on the hunt for three men responsible for robbing a pregnant woman at gunpoint and slamming her into the hood of a car. The entire crime was caught on camera.

The victim is so terrified these heartless criminals will come back to her West Kendall home, she didn't want to go on camera.

But she told CBS4's Natalia Zea that she is desperate for police to find them...not only did they endanger her life, but these low-lifes attacked her when she was five months pregnant.

After a day of shopping, and a stop at a check-cashing store, the 39 year old woman became a victim in her own driveway.

As she unloaded groceries from her car on May 29th, in the middle of the day, a surveillance camera shows a beige sedan pass by her, then turn around and pull in front of her home.

Suddenly two men, at least one of them holding a gun jump out and struggle with her for her purse...then, even while she was five months pregnant, one grabs her by the stomach and slams her into the hood of their car...she bounces off and they left her on the ground.

"She knocked on my door and she was crying. I was like, 'what happened?' She said, 'oh somebody robbed me,' recalled the victim's next door neighbor Danny Salgado.

"We let her use our phone to call the police, that's the only thing we did for her, we gave her some water until the police came," he told Zea.

He says the victim, who CBS4 News is choosing not to name, was stunned by the crime, but wasn't clear if she was hurt.

"She actually didn't remember what happened, she actually didn't remember what happened to her."

The criminals got away with her purse, which had three thousand dollars cash in it. Her neighbor says she had just cashed a check before returning home.

"She started telling us what happened you know, that she was coming from Hialeah, and she thinks they were following her from over there."

Salgado believes this was an isolated case. But he hopes police will catch these men, who preyed upon a pregnant woman, before they can strike again.

"Upset, you know, because people going to do that to a woman that was by herself.

The armed robbers took off in a silver four-door sedan, that has a partial plate of BUZ.

The victim tells Zea she and the baby are okay, but she won't feel safe again until these men are caught.

Anyone with information regarding this robbery is urged to call Crime Stoppers at (305)471-TIPS (8477) or (866) 471-8477.
