MIAMI (CBSMiami) - A company which makes a float to help bathe babies is being recalled due to a drowning risk from deflation.

About 3,000 Otteroo Inflatable Baby Floats, an inflatable ring made of clear and blue plastic material, have been recalled.

According to the Consumer Product Safety Commission, the firm has received 54 reports of broken seams on the float. No injuries have been reported.

The Otteroo was sold on Amazon.com and Zulily.com from January 2014 through July 2014 for about $35.
