FT LAUDERDALE (CBSMiami) - A Hollywood man accused of raping a teen girl while others held her down wants to go trial, but on his terms.

During a hearing on Wednesday, Jayvon Woolfork rejected a final plea deal. Under terms of the deal Woolfork, 20, would plead guilty to sexual battery and kidnapping and in exchange he would get 10 years in prison.

Woolfork told the court he's considering asking for a trial by judge instead of having six jurors decide his fate. His trial is set to begin July 20th.

During a hearing on June 4th, Woolfork rejected a plea deal in which he would have been sentenced to 15 years in prison.

If convicted at trial, he could face a life sentence.

The victim said the beating and rape happened at Woolfork's home on McKinley Street in 2013. She said she was hanging out with the teens when they began to assault her.

The victim told police that Patricia Montes, 17; Ericka Avery, 17; Dwight Henry, 18 and Lanel Singleton, 19, dragged her into a room and held her down while Woolfork raped her.

Part of the attack was captured on cell phone video.

Montes, Avery, Henry and Singleton have all taken plea deals from the state.

Singleton and Henry pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual battery and one count of kidnapping.

Singleton was sentenced to four years in prison. Henry got two years because of his cooperation with prosecutors.

Avery pleaded guilty to armed sexual battery and kidnapping. She was sentenced to four years in prison as a youthful offender. Montes pleaded no contest to the same charges and was also sentenced to four years in a youth offender facility.
