Teacher Accused Of Trading Nude Photos With Girl

MIAMI (CBSMiami/AP) - A central Florida high school teacher accused of exchanging nude photos with a teen girl in Colorado is facing federal charges of possession of child pornography.
Gregory Vaughn, a social studies teacher at Paul J. Hagerty High School in Oviedo, was arrested after the teen's mother found sexually-explicit emails the pair had exchanged.
Vaughn, 58, told investigators he met the girl on social media and thought she was 17. The pair exchanged emails for several months.
Authorities say Vaughn sent the girl nude photos of himself along with money, books, candy and clothes in exchange for her photos.
A Seminole County Schools spokesman says Vaughn has been teaching at the school since August 2005, but will not be allowed back pending the investigation.
