POMPANO BEACH (CBSMiami) – The Broward Sheriff’s Office said a body was floating in a lake behind a Pompano Beach warehouse on Sunday.

Pompano Beach Fire Rescue responded to the location at 2170 N.W. 30 Ave. and pronounced the adult male dead at the scene.

BSO homicide and crime scene detectives are conducting a death investigation.

The body will be taken to the medical examiner’s office for an autopsy.
