Dolphins OT James to Tannehill: 'Told Him We Need Rolexes'

Interviews-wqam

This offseason was a notable one for Ryan Tannehill, who received a contract extension that could pay him over $15 million a season to line up as quarterback for the Dolphins.

Second-year lineman Ja'Wuan James says he and the rest of the offensive line are working on him for future gifts.

"We give him a hard time all the time," James said on the Marc Hochman Show with Zach Krantz. "We told him we need rolexes, we need something."

Another handsomely paid man on the Dolphins is Ndamukong Suh, the highest paid defensive player in NFL history. James says Suh's play on the field doesn't just improve the defense, but the o-line as well.

"Going and battling against Suh everyday I can tell is going to make me better and make Billy Turner better and our whole offensive line [better] leading up to the season."
