SUNRISE (CBSMiami) --  A third teen has come forward in the case against a former Broward substitute teacher accused of having sex with underage girls.

Carlos Rojas Paz, 26, who is behind bars, is now facing additional charges in the case brought on against him.

Paz allegedly had sex with underage girls while working at Boyd Anderson High School as a substitute teacher and athletic trainer.

On Tuesday, a third alleged victim spoke out, resulting in five additional charges filed against him for sexual battery of a person under 18 years of age.

On Monday,  a 17-year old student claimed that on at least five occasions the two had sexual encounters inside his classroom at the high school.

Last week, a 16-year-old student accused him of carrying on a yearlong relationship.

Rojas Paz's attorney said he has no prior criminal history and he is trying to get his $730,000 bond reduced. He also plans to plead not guilty in the case.

Sunrise Police are urging anymore possible victims to come forward.
