MIAMI (CBSMiami) — Amid the buzz of whether Former Florida Governor Jeb Bush will be running for president, sources say his political action committee (PAC) is getting office space.READ MORE: Neighbors 4 Neighbors' Surfside Building Collapse Victim Fund Helping Those In Need
Sources confirmed Bush’s super PAC group, The Right To Rise, is renting 30,000 square feet of office space.
Sources with the building management and the PAC confirmed the lease for the space located at the Flagler Corporate Center at 9250 W. Flagler Street.
The move comes as Bush has been mum about a possible presidential run in 2016.
The sprawling space would presumably serve as Bush’s national campaign headquarters after his expected announcement.
Down the street from the space, at the Jorge Mas Canosa Youth Center, Congresswoman Ileana Ros-Lehtinen and Congressman Mario Diaz-Balart will host a reception for Bush on May 18th.
There is speculation Bush will formally announce his presidential bid at that event.

Instead of having his campaign organization handle the nuts-and-bolts tasks of seeking the White House, they would be handled by the Right to Rise organization that can raise unlimited amounts of cash.
The organization would not just handle advertising on Bush’s behalf, but perform many of the duties typically conducted by a campaign.
The architects of the plan believe the super PAC’s ability to legally raise unlimited amounts of money outweighs its primary disadvantage, that it cannot legally coordinate its actions with Bush or his would-be campaign staff.
Nearly a month before, Florida Senator Marco Rubio, Bush’s protege, announced he will be running in the 2016 presidential race.
In an interview from there which aired on CBS’ “Face The Nation,” Rubio said it wouldn’t bother him if Bush entered the race since the GOP needs a ‘strong field’ of contenders.
When Jeb Bush was asked during the summit about running against Rubio, he said “He is a good, close friend and it is what it is.”
For Bush, the clock is running and competition mounting.
Formally announced so far, including Rubio, are Senator Ted Cruz, Fmr. Gov. Mike Huckabee, Senator Rand Paul, Brain Surgeon Ben Carson, and the former computer mogul Carly Fiorina.MORE NEWS: Two Men Arrested In 2016 Murder Of FIU Student
