Duke & Duchess of Cambridge Leave Hospital With Baby

MIAMI (CBSMiami) --  The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge left the hospital with their new baby girl on Saturday.

Duchess Kate Middleton gave birth at 8:34 a.m. GMT, according to Kensington Palace officials.

The baby girl, whose name has not been released yet, weighs 8 Ibs. 3 oz.

Prince William was present for the birth of their second child on Saturday.

The Duchess was admitted into the  St. Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London at 6 a.m. in the early stages of labor, according to palace officials.

She  traveled by car from the palace to the Lindo Wing with The Duke of Cambridge.

Just before 7 a.m. EST, palace officials tweeted,"The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Prince of Wales & The Duchess of Cornwall, Prince Harry & members of both families have been informed."

The second royal baby is fourth in line to the British throne; behind grandfather Prince Charles, dad Prince William and older brother Prince George. That means Prince Harry will become fifth in line to the throne.

The Duchess gave birth to her first child Prince George in July 2013.
