Facing South Florida: FSA Testing Trouble

Officials say Florida students have finally been able to take the FSA, the state's new standardized test.  There had been major widespread problems with students being unable to log into the online portal to take the exam, causing school superintendents locally and across the state to initially suspend the testing. We look at what went wrong and the implications of the problems.
