21-Year-Old Accused Of Sex With Minor He Met On Facebook

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A 21-year-old is behind bars after police say he committed lewd or lascivious battery on a minor that he said he met on Facebook.
Bonito Kensen Borneus was arrested and is facing 5 counts of lewd and lascivious charges.
According to the police report, Borneus, from December 2014 through February 2015, committed battery with a girl who is under the age of 16.
The victim, according to police, revealed that she had consensual sex with Borneus.
During questioning with police, Borneus said he met the victim on Facebook and knew her age. He also reportedly told police they had sex maybe four or five times.
