Man Wanted For Double Murder Caught In Miami

MIAMI (CBSMiami) -- Florida authorities have arrested a man wanted for allegedly killing his elderly mother-in-law and his wife.

The Florida Department of Law Enforcement and Miami Dade Police arrested Jose D. Fontanillas, 63, on two counts of premeditated first-degree murder Friday in Miami.

Fontanillas is charged with killing Elouise Welcome,80, and his wife, Diane Williams, at their home in Jennings. Authorities found Welcome and Williams deceased, along with the family dog, inside the home on Jan. 25th.

Fontanillas was arrested without incident walking along Biscayne Blvd in Miami on Friday. He was booked into the Miami-Dade County Jail and will return to Hamilton County to face charges.
