DAVIE (CBSMiami) -- A day after a federal judge struck down Libertarian Party Candidate Adrian Wyllie's request to be part of the gubernatorial debate, he asked supporters to join him in protest.
Even though he will not participate in the debate, he is making his presence known.
Wyllie and several dozen of his supporters protested the judge's decision to exclude Wyllie by holding signs and chanting at the Broward College campus entrance near where the debate will take place.

Wyllie said the judge's decision potentially silenced the voices of more than a million Floridians and it's unacceptable.
"It's a complete disservice....I'd say its a scam. It's really about the money, a whole lot of money from Democratic candidates," said Wyllie.
