The two Rodneys had an argument July 24th in the Hampton Isle Complex located in the 10600 block of SW 8th Street after Rodney Gray's wife Robin got into a fender bender involving Rodney Paul.

Robin called her husband after, she said, Paul began hurling insults. Moments later, Rodney Gray showed up, the two men exchanged words and Paul is accused of pulling a loaded gun from his pocket, shooting Gray three times--killing him. "All I want is justice for Rodney," said Gray's wife at a news conference in August.

A few weeks after the accident, Robin pleaded for movement in the case. No one had been arrested. "I am alone and I don't have answers," said with tears streaming down her face.

Thursday, a grand jury handed down a manslaughter indictment against 45-year-old Rodney Paul.

According to investigators, Gray is accused of pushing Paul in the chest once and bumping him a few times. Robin said when the two men argued that day her husband did not have a gun and never threw a punch.  "My husband was unarmed," said Robin Gray. "And there was no physical altercations.  He was killed in front of me over words."

Rodney Paul's staying quiet about the circumstances that turned a small car crash into an encounter that would alter both families lives forever. "There was one report that it could be a stand your ground case?" asked CBS 4's Ted Scouten.  "Motions will be filed," said his attorney Tarlika Nunez.  "Work needs to be done.  This will be done in the courtroom."  "Can you tell us if the other Rodney had a gun?" asked Scouten.  "We have no comment at this time," responded Nunez.

Paul was released on $15,000 bond.
