Motorcyclist Killed After Striking Police Car
DAVIE (CBSMiami) – A motorcyclist was killed early Saturday morning after striking the back of a Fort Lauderdale Police Vehicle Highway 595, causing all westbound lanes to be shut down.
According to Florida Highway Patrol, the driver of the motorcycle was ejected upon impact and hit by a third vehicle while traveling westbound on 595.
No additional injures were sustained to the police officer of the third driver. The accident took place by the University Drive exit on 595.
