MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The Miami Heat went into Game 5 Sunday night battling to come back after trailing in the NBA Finals.

After the Heat lost the last two home games on the home court in Miami, fans were stunned. Going into Game 5, some fans wondered if the Heat could come back.

“I’m a little nervous…very nervous,” said Heat fan Elwood Coleman before the game.

Sunday night’s game was in San Antonio. Heat fans hoped for the best. .

“I feel sad because they haven’t been consistent,” said Heat fan Cristian Vargas. “Even if LeBron James scores almost 19 points in the third quarter, but by himself, he can’t do all the job.”

“We’re feeling very confident,” said Heat fan Lance Edinburgh before the game. “LeBron and the team, they just need to get back to the basics…play Miami Heat basketball.”

“We are true Heat fans and in order to be true Heat fans, you have to know the history of the Heat,” said Edinburgh. “They have not always been champions. They’ve come through adversity before.”

Miami Heat dancers, Burnie, Banana Man, the Xtreme Team, the Miami HEAT Rhythm section along with others joined the rally.
