Miami Fantasy 5 Winner Gets $230K
TALLAHASSEE (CBSMiami/AP) — Lottery ticket holders will be checking their tickets Saturday, but one lucky "Fantasy 5" game player will be extra excited. One ticket had all five winning numbers to win a jackpot worth $232,019.50.
The Florida Lottery said Saturday the winning ticket was purchased in Miami.
The 266 tickets matching four numbers won $140.50 each. Another 8,611 tickets matching three numbers won $12 each, and 87,332 tickets won a Quick Pick ticket for picking two numbers.
The numbers drawn Friday night were 2-21-31-32-35.
No tickets matched all four numbers plus the Mega Ball in the "Mega Money" game, meaning the jackpot for Tuesday's drawing will be $700,000.
Florida Lottery officials said Saturday that two tickets won $2,955.50 for picking 4-of-4; 28 tickets won $462.50 each for picking 3-of-4 plus the Mega Ball number; 787 tickets won $49 each for picking 3-of-4; 1,191 tickets won $22.50 each for picking 2-of-4 plus the Mega Ball; 9,390 tickets won $2.50 each for matching one number plus the Mega Ball; 23,729 tickets won $2 each for picking 2-of-4; and 20,747 won a free Quick Pick ticket for matching the Mega Ball.
The numbers drawn Friday night were 3-5-26-34 and the Mega Ball was 21.
