MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Are you ready for some football? Game times have been announced for the Miami Dolphins preseason games.

On Friday, August 8th, the Dolphins will kickoff in Atlanta at 7:00 p.m. against the Falcons. The Dolphins begin 2014 on the road for the 27th time in team history, however it marks just the third time that Miami has opened the preseason portion of their season in Atlanta against the Falcons. The Dolphins last played a preseason opener in Atlanta in 2011, defeating the Falcons, 28-23, on August 12, 2011.

The 2014 preseason continues on the road in Week Two as Miami heads to Raymond James Stadium to take on its in-state NFC rivals, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Saturday, August 16th. Kickoff is 7:30 p.m.

The Fins head back to South Florida for week 3 when they open the home portion of the preseason against the Dallas Cowboys at Sun Life Stadium on Saturday, August 23rd. Kickoff is 7:00 p.m.  This is the fourth consecutive preseason matchup between the Dolphins and Cowboys but the first time in Miami since 2011.

The preseason ends for Miami against St. Louis as the Rams come to Sun Life Stadium on Thursday, August 28th at 7:00 p.m.

WFOR-TV will once again be the preseason home of the Dolphins as each of the four preseason contests will be shown on CBS4 in the Miami-Ft. Lauderdale market.

All CBS Primetime programming will move to WBFS on these dates.

The road contests at Atlanta and at Tampa Bay will be broadcast live. The Dallas and St. Louis home games will be broadcast live if sold out 72 hours in advance of game time; otherwise they will be shown on a delayed basis.
