One Dead In Homestead Shooting
MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Miami-Dade police have taken over the investigation into a deadly shooting in Homestead early Sunday morning.
Homestead police said one person was killed, a second person critically injured in the shooting at 15th Street and North Krome Avenue. The injured person was rushed to Kendall Regional Medical Center in extremely critical condition.
One person has been taken into custody in connection with the shooting.
Police have not released the name of the person who died or said what may have led to the shooting.
