MIAMI (CBSMiami) – The search is on for a gunman who shot and killed a woman shot behind a Miami-Dade preschool.
Miami-Dade police spokesman Det. As the argument escalated the woman, identified by police as 33-year-old Michelle Wilcox, took off running in fear for her life, the man on her heels. At one point he pulled a gun and fired at her. She was hit and her body collapsed in the grass by the day care.

Rutland said the relationship between the man and woman is unknown as is what the argument was about that led up to the shooting.
