Police Arrest Man For Alleged CVS Robbery
MIAMI GARDENS (CBSMiami) – Police in Miami Gardens have arrested a man they believe helped rob a CVS Pharmacy in December.
Charles Lovett, Jr., 25, is in custody.
The armed robbery he is accused of committing took place December 22, 2013 at the CVS located at 3700 NW 199th Street in Miami Gardens.
According to police, Lovett was on surveillance video along with another subject inside the pharmacy.
The clerk could be seen handing over money to the robber while the second subject blocked customers from going inside the store.
The second subject has not been located.
