Man Charged In Deadly Miami Gardens Shooting

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Miami Gardens police found man wanted in connection with a deadly shooting already locked up in jail.

The shooting happened December 29th at 19571 NW 30th Court. Police say Marcus Flowers, 32, was fighting with 40-year old Dallard Clark when he pulled out a gun and shot him. They did not say what the two men were arguing about.  After the shooting, Flowers took off.

Clark was airlifted to the Ryder Trauma Center where he died. Police issued an alert for Flowers who they described as "armed and dangerous".

But when they found him on January 21st he was neither. He had been arrested and dropped in Miami-Dade's jail on drug charges. He's since been charged with second degree murder.
