CLEARWATER (CBSMiami) – Target is just not having a very good start to 2014.

The latest incident came in Clearwater when a skateboarding man grabbed a 32-inch TV from the Super Target, hopped on his skateboard and rolled out the door.

According to police, the man went into the store Wednesday night just before closing. The man went straight to the electronics department and grabbed the LCD television. An employee confronted the man as he approached the door, but he showed a knife and kept going.

A Clearwater detective said the suspect got an “A for creativity,” but that it’s still a serious crime and police are actively searching for him. Police said he was riding a brown skateboard with orange-yellow wheels.
