Miami Beach Police Investigate Deadly Gas Station Shooting
MIAMI BEACH (CBSMiami) – An investigation is underway after a man was shot at a Miami Beach gas station.
Around 3:45 a.m., police received a call about a shooting the gas station at 845 5th Street. When officers arrived they found 22-year old Mx Brody suffering from a gunshot wound, according to police spokeswoman Vivian Gonzalez.
Brody was taken to the Ryder Trauma Center where he died.
Police have not released the man's name or determined what led up to the shooting.
