Four Former Fins Players, Including CBS4's Bokamper, To Be Inducted Into Team's Walk Of Fame

MIAMI (CBSMiami) - Four former players of the Miami Dolphins, including CBS4's Kim Bokamper, will have the honor of being inducted into the 2013 Dolphins Walk of Fame at the end of the team's season.

Kim Bokamper, a nine-season linebacker and defensive end for the for the Fins, O.J. McDuffie, guard Keith Sims, running back and kick returner Mercury Morris will all be inducted into the Walk of Fame before the team's season finale against the Jets, Sunday December 29.

All four former players were honored, and some even surprised by the honor.

"For a guy that didn't recruit out of high school…didn't get recruited out of junior college—last thing I ever thought I would be doing is standing up here in this jacket," said Bokamper.

Sims, "I'm very proud of our time wearing that uniform, and I'm very proud to be associated with this organization and this is an honor that I am truly humbled by," said Sims.

"I have an 11-year-old and a five-year-old never got a chance to see me play. They hear a lot of things and now come the 29th against the Jets they'll get a chance to see some of the things possibly that dad was able to do on the football field," said McDuffie.

The Fins Walk of Fame honors the players, alumni, coaches and fans that left a mark on the team.
