The family of the victim pushed through the crime tape and ran across the street yelling and crying as soon as they heard what happened.
” I never expected this to happen and like it’s thanksgiving and I was just thinking just have fun and we were all just laughing and stuff and we got that phone call and it just changed everything,” said Cranisha Garvin, a relative of the victim.
