“You have a custom wet bar with an onyx countertop and drawer pulls,” Lydia pointed out.

Spectacular views surround the penthouse. Throughout the apartment are electric window blinds that go up and down from floor to ceiling with a push of a button.

An entire wing of the house is dedicated to the master suite. There’s a sitting area, followed by an office with leather paneled walls,

Outside the master bedroom on the balcony is a Jacuzzi with flat screen panel overlooking the ocean.
