U.S. Postal Service Offers Reward For Info On Attempted Robbery

RIVIERA BEACH (CBSMiami) -The U.S. Postal Service is offering a reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to two teens who tried to rob a mail carrier at gunpoint in Riviera Beach.

The attempted robbery took place on Thursday morning while the letter carrier was delivering mail in the 600 block of 35th street, according to the United States Postal Inspection Service.

One of the suspects is described as a black, male, about 5'9 and weighing about 200 pounds. He is between the ages of 14 to 16 years old.

The other suspect is described as a black male, weighing about 150 pounds and between the ages of 15 to 16 years old.
