North Miami Man Charged In Deadly Crash
MIAMI (CBSMiami) – A North Miami man involved in a deadly crash last June has been arrested and charged.
Bendgy Francois, 23, is facing one count of vehicular homicide, one count of 'fleeing & eluding police involving high speed and death' and one count of third degree murder.
On June 28th, police say Francois was behind the wheel of a Buick which collided with another vehicle at the intersection of NE 142nd Street and NE 10th Avenue.
On impact, Francois was thrown from the car and serious injured. His passenger, 22-year old Naomie Fequiere, was killed.
