Fins Guard Richie Incognito Issued Police Warning After Fight At LIV

MIAMI BEACH (CBS4) - Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito was given a trespass warning after an altercation at Miami Beach nightclub LIV earlier this year.

According to the police report, Incognito and a group of friends were at the club for a concert on June 10th when a security guard guarding the stage noticed Incognito's group inching closer to the stage.

The report states that the security guard asked the group to move back and a fight between Incognito's group and the guard broke out.

According to the police report, Incognito was punched in the face as he tried to break up the fight.

Everyone was kicked out of the club and a Miami Beach Fire Rescue unit was called to tend to Incognito's injuries. Incognito reportedly refused treatment and left the scene.

Incognito was involved in another altercation last week after Houston Texans defensive end Antonio Smith swung his helmet at Incognito's head during a preseason game.
