Fingerprints Lead To Arrest Of Hialeah Man For Keys Burglary

MIAMI (CBSMiami) – Fingerprints found in a Key Largo home which had been burglarized led to the arrest of a Hialeah man.

Yosvany Sosa, 31, was booked into the Monroe County jail charged with the burglary of a home on Tarpon Basin Drive on March 12th.

When deputies were sent to the home after neighbors called 9-1-1, they saw two men jump into a car and speed away from the unoccupied house.

Inside they found that a large flat screened television set and a laptop computer had been stolen. Investigators said the men broke a rear window of the residence to get inside.

Fingerprints lifted from a number of items inside the home were sent away to Florida Department of Law Enforcement for an identification. They returned as belonging to Sosa.

He's been charged with burglary, grand theft and criminal mischief.
