State Attorney Employee Arrested On South Beach
MIAMI BEACH (CBS4) – An assistant state attorney is in trouble after police said he was drunk on South Beach, a source told CBS4 News.
Adam Finkel is charged with disorderly intoxication, trespass after warning and resisting an officer without violence.
Miami Beach police said Finkel was intoxicated and got into a verbal argument with a doorman at Purdy Lounge.
An officer reportedly escorted him out, but that's when the officer said Finkel put his hands on the officer and said he had not authority to tell him what to do.
Finkel was being held on a $2,500 bond, but was out of jail Sunday night.
